I think for me maganda siya kasi una, free siya and ang dami talaga naming natutunan sa recruitment marketing. Siguro yung low light lang is yung jobseekers natin kasi mostly din talaga marketing din na puro graduating. For us, wala naman kasi kaming opening for internship pa for marketing. Mas maganda sana kung mixed din yung tao. Yun lang.

Ako I really learned a lot especially yung needs ng company namin is yung diniscuss niyo is fit to what we need right now. With the jobseekers, I have mixed emotions. Well, hindi ko naman inisip na coming here, we would actually hire someone but I think it would be better if we would have been given a heads up na we are having graduating students and we could’ve prepared something like ano ba yung possible openings. But other than that, it was really good especially yung information that were shared to us. Very helpful

Actually it wasn’t the first time I joined a recruitment forum but I enjoyed it, I learned something new. But then of course, I was expecting a much bigger crowd but then again, this is fine. As long as there’s a lot of candidates who joined this forum. This is very informative and probably millennial in the generation right now.

What I like about Jobayan especially this event because they give opportunities for graduating students. I think it’s very important to be the next manpower requirement for every company for every industry. Also, I learned about other site platforms. They shared that so I learned about Twitter, using Instagram that we don’t usually use because other platforms are usually Jobstreet, Linkedin. So that’s a good thing that they shared to us how to use it, and they also gave us insights on how to be effective in terms of posting using photos, videos. So thank you, Jobayan!

Yung isa sa mga natutunan ko bilang isang recruiter sa recruitment na diniscuss, marami pala siyang platform na pwede gamitin and mas nastretch yung knowledge about sa mga iba’t ibang platforms na pwede mo maging source na mapagkunan mo ng tao na makakatulong talaga dun sa trabaho namin.

Kailangan lang resourceful ka tska imaximize mo yung mga resources na available to best fit for the job kasi hindi naman lahat ng seekers or ng best fit for the job ay naghahanap pa as of the moment.
