- Achieves sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/ or market segment/s by effectively selling the company’s core and related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers; maintains current level of client base, accounts and volume of business according to set targets.
- Acquires business volume and number of accounts according to targets/ budgets, in accordance with the existing tariff (by telesales and field calls)
- Responsible for formulating regular and intermittent activities to seek out new and prospective clients. Recommends strategies and programs to attract new clients.
- Promptly submits comprehensive and accurate other required, and as directed/ needed reports (weekly, monthly)
- Negotiates with carriers and agents for best rates to optimize profit and margins
- Regular gathers, canvasses, collects updated rates and send/share to Customer Service Assistant for further updating of tarrif/ net rates/ etc. in the system.
- Documented excellent and oral and written skills. Impeccable presentation skills.

- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Economics, Intl Relations / Politics, History (vs the traditional Business / Supply Chain). Any educational background though is acceptable provided they possess the following qualities:
- Must be 100% willing to learn, resourceful.
- With the right mindset, discipline and work passion
- Confident plus with good oral and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain with related duties
