Job Description

Job Summary

Will act as HR Generalist and will be overall in charge of HR & Admin tasks. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities and Duties

HR tasks

  • Process end to end recruitment (job posting, schedule of interview, job offer, orientation, 201 filing)
  • Employee Relations tasks such as employee counseling and discipline; create and serve memo
  • Create HR programs and policies - organizational development
  • In-charge of several office activities such as Annual team building, Christmas party, Dice game, Birthday surprises, Basketball game, Bowling, etc.
  • Handle performance evaluation (semi-annual and annual)
  • Study and research on Philippine Labor Law
  • Maintain myHR account for encoder
  • Handle HMO renewal and coordination

Admin tasks

  • Apply, process, renew business permits
  • Oversee works of admin staff, messenger, household, and guards
  • Monitor and endorse items for repair, for maintenance and for replenishment
  • Handle petty cash fund
  • Coordinate with different suppliers or contractors
  • Attend to other tasks assigned from time to time
