JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER:
Â·Â Â Â Â Develops and implements recruitment process. Maintains steady pool of manpower for various projects as needed by the Ops team.
Â·Â Â Â Â Ensures compliance to the laws governing the recruitment of project-base staff. Prepares and monitors employment contracts.
Â·Â Â Â Â Conducts job interview and background check; and ensures that qualified applicants possess/ submits required documents.
Â·Â Â Â Â Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Â·Â Â Â Â Graduate of any related 4-years course
Â·Â Â Â Â With at least 3 years of experience in the same field
Â·Â Â Â Â Flexible, efficient and conscientious
Â·Â Â Â Â Good in oral and written communication skills
