Recruitment & Selection Process
- Ensure filling up of vacancies within 30 days based on established minimum criteria or qualification for supervisory and managerial positions.
- Establish stable relation with manpower suppliers either individual or organization to be able to hire qualified employees within reasonable time.
- Maximize recruitment process through the use of social media on a daily basis.
Performance and Career Management
- Monitor performance of all employees based on KRA and KPI.
- Establish clear job responsibilities of all JGC employees. Recommend possible career management based on results on performance evaluation.
Employee Retention and Relation
- Maintain an annual turnover rate of 25% by establishing right company culture, training, personality development and compensation to maximize productivity.
- Formulate/update personnel policies on an annual.
- Develop and direct the implementation of approved scheduled employee programs and services.
- Conduct counselling as needed for any employee concerns and grievances.
Code of Discipline
- Â Address all incidents related to employee infractions on company rules and regulations and resolve within 15 working days.
- Ensure compliance to due process in all actions related to employee discipline.
- Monitor and implement company's compliance to DOLE regulations.
- Ensure employee's compliance with local government ordinances.
- Monitor records keeping.
- Submit monthly reports to President/Execom.
- Recruitment, Transfer, Promotion, Separation & Plantilla Updates.
- Salary, Overtimes, Gratuity, Early Retirement.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law and Psychology or equivalent.
- At least minimum five (5) years experience in the related field.(Experience in Food and Beverage/Hotel Industry is an advantage)
- With comprehensive knowledge in all facets of HR.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City, Metro Manila
- Ability to effectivelty lead,participate in training seesions, presentation and meetings.
