You will be joining a newly built Multi-Lingual team, and report directly to a Team Leader who will roll up their sleeves and jump in the trenches alongside you.
- Has strong JapaneseÂ speaking and writing communication skills
- Active Listening and probing skills
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Experience on Email /Live Chat Support/ Customer Service Support preferred
- Has strong written communication and comprehension skills
- Can type at least 35 WPM
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfactionï»¿
