Do you enjoy online chattingâ€¢ If yes, then this is the position to apply for! We are in need of professionals to answer incoming chats in a prompt and friendly manner conversing simultaneously with multiple customers that have different concerns through an online chat environment.
â€¢ At least 6 months call center practice in chat support
â€¢ With strong communication expertise (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational)
â€¢ Strong comprehension and learning agility
â€¢ Able to work in a paperless environment, with stringent compliance and information security measures
â€¢ Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
â€¢ Php 15,000 â€“ Php 22,000
