Technical Sales Representative
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage all sales personnel assigned. Directly responsible and accountable for their sales performance.
2 Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities to develop new business and to
expand existing business.
3 Develop and implement marketing plans and programs for new and existing products.
4 Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
5 Analyze the customers current market conditions and competitor information.
6 Manage the productivity of marketing plans and sales programs.
7 Formulate and manage the marketing and sales budget for the assigned results.
8 Monitor, review and report on all sales and marketing activities and results.
9 Visit potential and existing customers; must be ready and willing to travel to various parts of
10 Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing and implementing
11 Ensure compliance of all sales and office personnel to existing policies and procedures
especially Cash Handling Policy for sales personnel and confer with HRAD in administering
disciplinary action as and when needed.
12 Monitor sales achievement/target of all Sales Supervisor/TSRs (Mindanao area).
13 Conduct and evaluate sales performance based on output for proper documentation.
Formal Education : College Graduate, Post Graduate Education in Marketing and Agriculture is a plus.
Experience : With at least 5 years experience in similar position. Preferably in agricultural industry.
