Treasury Assistant - RemittanceSterling Paper Group of Companies
Responsible for all SLAC expenses
Monitors and releases pay card and/or ATM of the employees for proper disbursement of salaries and wages
Prepares daily cash deposit to ensure all cash/check are deposited on time
Safe keeps and accounts SLAC revolving fund for proper accounting
Disburses cash to employees for cash advances and/or replenishments
Prepares request for disbursement for replenishment of revolving fund.
Monitors placement of income for time deposit
Deposits / Transfers salaries of expat employees
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be knowledgeable in preparing daily and monthly cash receipts report
With experience in preparing deposit via cash or cheque; inventory of post dated cheques
Must be willing to expand working hour and even during weekends if necessary
Organized and fast learner
Preferably with SAP Background
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
