Qualifications:â€¢ Exceptional English communication skills â€¢ Must be great in English Grammar (written and Verbal) â€¢ Perfect administrative skills (Admin skill is a must) â€¢ Previous experience related to this position is preferred. â€¢ Experience in call center/BPO is an advantage. â€¢ Excellent customer service skills â€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Emails in a Microsoft windows environment and ability to navigate through software applications. â€¢ Detail-oriented and Resourceful â€¢ Proficient and accurate data entry skills â€¢ A strong attention to detail and accuracy â€¢ Ability to complete repetitive, fast paced work â€¢ Good organizational, time management, customer service, and problem solving skills. â€¢ Result-oriented and must have the ability to handle multitask functions. â€¢ Ability to build productive business relationships with clients. â€¢ Must possess a professional, courteous,resilient attitude and common sense. â€¢ Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision â€¢ Ability to understand quickly and execute complex written and verbal instructions. â€¢ Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Imus, Cavite.
