Position Level: 1-4 Years Experienced Employee
1. Degree Holder related to Computer Science (preferred)
2. 2-4 years of experience with customer service, analytical testing, quality assurance testing, or equivalent relevant experience
3. Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills
4. A native speaker in the locale targeted for testing with a high degree of comprehension.
5. Experience in testing, analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving with impeccable attention to detail
6. Ability to multitask under pressure in an ever-changing environment
7. Ability to keep up to date in a very fast paced environment, staying on top of changes in ETA, test cases and procedures.
8. Be able to work as an individual and take initiative on action items
9. Must proactively communicate status across various teams including technical and non-technical partners.
10. A team player with a positive attitude and people skills
11. Must be proficient in communicating with the Mandarin language in both writen and oral
