Business Center Officer

Converge ICT
National Capital Region Fulltime 500+

PURPOSE

  • Cater to walk-in transactions such as sales, billing, aftersales, complaints, technical related issues and likewise handle cashier
    related functions like payment handling, cash balancing and reports preparation with the objective of providing excellent customer
    experience and manage collections of the Business Center

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum Educational
Qualifications for this position

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

Relevant Experience:

  • 1-2 years of frontline experience as bank teller, front desk officer, or
    account officer or customer service in any telco, bank, retail or other
    industries

Business Understanding:

  • Experience in sales, customer handling and cash/fund management

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Customer-Service (25%)

  • Caters to new applications; inquiries, aftersales and complaints; resolves
    customer transactions
  • Checks if location is part of RFS; do facility assignment if with existing NAPs
    (not full yet)
  • Assist customers in filling up of forms/agreement contract
  • Explain in bullets all necessary information indicated in the contract
  • Input customer information/application in front-end tool (ibas/bss)
  • Endorse to cashier for payment
  • Line-up application by creating JO prep
  • Other tasks that may be needed for CX

Sales/ Business Center requirements (25%)

  • Caters to sales and achieve monthly sales quota
  • Validates requirements of new installations, migration to fiber and other sales
    related products and services applicable
  • Assist new CSRs / buddy system or babysit new CSR during 1st 2 weeks
  • Prepare cm/dm form for affected customers (wrong input of account number)
  • Report technical concerns to Ops team (no connection, los, slow connectivity
    and others)
  • Handle reports/ data consolidation as needed by my immediate head
  • Participate in outbound activities when needed
  • Answer phone in calls (rotation schedule in managing calls)

Operations Efficiency (25%)

  • Responsible for walk-in management
  • Acts as lobby officer if needed
  • Does quick-kill on applicable transactions
  • Logs necessary data to available resources
  • Knows how to prepare reports
  • Filing, organization of documents
  • Any other tasks needed for operations efficiency initiatives

Payment Handling & Collection management (25%)

  • Receive payment by cash, check (if with voucher or form 2306 for vat
    exemption)
  • Issue receipts, check refunds (if any)
  • Count money in the cash drawers
  • Generate cash collection reports, audit trail
  • Prepare remittance slip, deposit slips
  • Prepare daily report (own monitoring)
  • Report collection details to appropriate team/s
  • Ensure that OR usage is tally with generated report, if not has declared
    cancellations
