Performance and Training Manager

San Pedro Fulltime 250+
Job Description
•    Apply analytical expertise and reporting services to key performance indicators of the IC Program & Subcon/3PL build in order to identify opportunities to improve throughput KPIs and achieve overall output targets of the Fleet Department.
•    Executive in designing and implementing processes, tools, and development programs that focuses on improving the performance of Service Partners (IC and SC)
•    Lead for driving Service Partner compliance to Service Level Agreement and contract stipulations.
•    Spearhead analysis activities and provide business insights by transforming and interpreting data historical and current data.
•    Formulate and governs reports that reflect the performance of the department base on matrix set.
•    Support the implementation of projects and initiatives to meet the IC and Subcon requirements of various touch points using data intelligence.
•    Ensure that performance reports are prepared and made available according to specifications and sent within the agreed timeline.
•    Lead the design, development and administration/implementation of training programs designed to cultivate a high impact learning for our Service Partners.
•    Overall responsible in the successful delivery and facilitation of exciting, progressive and comprehensive training programs to all New Service Partners prior to deployment.
•    Drive the continuous improvement on content, materials, methodology and approach through training, coaching and mentoring of the training team.
•    Successful training of Service Partners by developing work plans, communicating progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders.
•    Consulting with leaders to identify specific learning needs and interventions to provide solutions.
•    Lead the needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop a sustainable plan to address gaps.
•    Breaks down a problem, situation or process in a more granular level to understand the key dependencies that will have an impact to the desired output or objective.
•    Makes timely and appropriate business recommendations based on accurate analysis. Anticipates impact of decisions and plans hows to manage risks.
•    Review and recommend new and impactful learning and development modules
•    Implementation of training programs designed to cultivate a high impact learning
Job Requirements
•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience. Masters in Organization Development/Behavior or equivalent a significant plus
•    Certificate/Training in facilitation, organization development or leadership development
•    At least 4 years in performance management and data analytics
•    At least 2 years of work experience in a related field (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR) in a service environment
•    Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
•    Familiarity with assessment tools used for teams
•    Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to build infrastructure
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong instructional design, systems thinking and/or strategic planning experience
•    Certified in a Leadership assessment tool helpful
