You will be expected to drive effective and efficient results to attract a diverse workforce to the company, and design and implement proactive recruitment strategies that will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you should be knowledgeable about traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques; be able to share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to Recruiters and hiring teams; provide talent & market trends, threats and opportunities - to be used for strategic business planning; and be capable of networking and managing recruitment vendors. To sum it up, you must be capable of delivering a comprehensive support and consultation approach to a variety of business leaders and hiring groups - in driving an effective sourcing strategy.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of sourcing managers who will take ownership of managing their results in effectively and efficiently utilizing sourcing channels. You will attend calibrations sessions with key stakeholders to address continuous pooling for critical hiring needs. You will expertly analyze and present sourcing channel performance data to stakeholders and to management.
So, do you have what it takes to become a Senior Sourcing Manager?
So, what is it we’re looking for? Since this is a Leadership role, we need someone who has at least 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience as a Sourcing/Marketing Lead. What else? Experience in a BPO is a must, with at least 5 years as a people manager for teams of 5 or more. Technical knowledge is a must. You’ll have a definite advantage if you are familiar with e-commerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft, and generating reports from Applicant Tracking Systems. Problem-solving and providing best practices for process improvements would be a big advantage. And the biggest plus is leveraging on your analytical skills - to audit processes, assess trends, create reports and tell the story with data. You must be able to create weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics on quality and productivity; and develop solid relationships across the organizations’ different teams - in order to understand their business and recruitment needs.
