Job Description

The ATAS Faculty will educate the new hires in a consistent approach prior to project deployment. ATAS Faculty are also expected to facilitate Professional Development and Delivery courses.


1. Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of new Analysts
2. Facilitate the discussion and workshops embedded in the ATAS Curriculum
3. Willing to teach a full range of subject areas: SDLC, Professional Development, FORM, New IT, Project Management
4. Collaborate with Business Learning and Learning & Talent Development team to fully implement ATAS Curriculum
5. Attend to logistics requirements of the session
6. Teach Professional Development courses
7. Teach Delivery courses aligned to ATAS
•    Amenable to Project Based Role •    Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree •    Requires 5 years’ experience in relevant field •    Must have experience in delivering Projects, Programs and Service management •    Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills •    Willing to be assigned in Uptown 2, Taguig City •    Regular Shift, 8AM-6:00PM
